AMERICA'S TOP BUSINESS PRO'S
Charlene Hudson
"If you don’t know your numbers - you won’t know your business.”
Charlene provides training and support to small businesses and do-it-yourselfers, giving them critical access to expertise when they need it.
Understanding your numbers is not just about tracking expenses and income; it's about unlocking the story of your business. So, when you know your numbers, you know your business and gain insights needed to make informed decisions, drive growth, and navigate challenges with confidence.
By emphasizing the connection between accounting software and overall business strategy, entrepreneurs learn not just how to use the software, but also how to interpret the information, and leverage financial data to make informed decisions that drive growth and efficiency.
Often in a small business, the hands-on, trusted person handling the day-to-day transactions may be thrown into the role without much experience or training. For Charlene, that was exactly her situation. After encountering challenges in finding adequate support during her early career, Charlene saw the opportunity that the best way to provide the help she sought was to become the expert herself. Driven by this realization, she returned to school to pursue her undergraduate degree in accounting, and later her master’s degree and CPA qualification and continued her passion for gaining and sharing her knowledge. This journey was not just a career decision but a personal commitment to ensuring that small do-it-yourself businesses have access to the highest level of support and care.
